Our Home Inspection

Our standard home inspection is an evaluation of the visible and accessible interior and exterior structure, systems and components. Your report will include my findings of any material defects I discover in an easy-to=read format. I will also provide my recommendations for monitoring, repair or replacement. And my job isn't finished until you understand everything in your report. My reports are interactive. You can select items for a repair list, a report will then be generated using those items as a repair list.

New Construction Inspection

I can perform our Standard Home Inspection on any New Home that has been build for you. This is where my years in the building trades serves our clients the best. A Pre-move in inspection can save the Home Owner both time and inconvenience after you move into your New Home.
